27 Feb 2021 - Dental & Aesthetics Treatment After finding out I had periodontal disease & searching through different dental practices I came across Behren's which specialised in treating the disease, I started treatment in September 2018 & through the years myself & my husband Steve got really friendly with all the team who are really lovely people, although the treatment was rigorous & intensive their patience & understanding was just what I needed as I used to be numbed just to have my teeth cleaned so thank you, everyone. I also have something to say about the aesthetics treatment I have had with Sonijya with the fillers that I had in December and most recently having a facial and lip filler which I am absolutely over the moon with, she has brought back my natural smile which I thought had gone for good so again thank you Sonijya. I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! The service was excellent. They fixed my tooth. Very cooperative.

After a painful incident which resulted in an upper jaw fracture and two broken front teeth and being told by my old dentist that I need to have these front teeth taken out, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Shenas, and I am so happy I did. From my first visit to my last both Dr Shenas and Magdalena were so kind and reassuring on the treatment plan which required root canal on my two front teeth, and I am pleased to say he "saved my smile" as I did not have to have my teeth removed. He also secured metal braces to realign my damaged teeth and jawline, finishing with Invisalign. Two years later my teeth are repaired, beautifully straight and I am pain-free. I cannot thank Dr. Shenas and his team enough, they did an amazing job. I now have a wonderful new dentist and I would not trust anyone other than Dr. Shenas to meet my future dental needs.
