I have always had a fear of dentists and have had a really good experience since moving to this dentist practice. Claire Bayliss has been fantastic in keeping me calm and understanding my fear, making the appointment as relaxing and calm as possible. Mandy at reception has always been so polite and positive about my appointments, knowing I have a fear. She really helps me feel safe and confident.

Excellent, professional, friendly, clean service in a pleasant period property which I can only describe as well maintained & keeping original features. My dentist Naiomi was just perfect with advice & treatment. All staff were polite, respectful & professional. The practice is close for Newport High Street. Highly recommended. I transferred to this practice as my previous dentist closed. Having received poor treatment for many years I was faced with loose teeth, bleeding gums and pain when brushing, not to mention how embarrassed I felt with the look of my teeth. I started having treatment repairing the damage with Gabriella who told me it would take a while to get my gums in a good state for the next stage, and she did just that. I then started the cosmetic treatment with Vinney. It was a daunting thought to have nearly all my crowns removed, an implant put in and my gums lasered but the treatment was almost pain free. I want to thank Gabriella and Vinney for changing my life. I look in the mirror and smile and feel so happy that I am not in pain anymore but most of all I am not ashamed to speak to people or smile for family photos. I am so happy I became a patient of Cox and Hitchcock, I would recommend anyone needing a dentist to go to them you will not regret it.
