Have attended this amazing family run dentist for 20 years. The Receptionist Valerie is such an attentive, efficient, informative, member you first meet. The appointment availabilities are extremely varied and they aim to please your time your date. Her attention to detail is the best service I have ever received. Dentist Mark hill is the most outstanding dentist I've ever attended. His expertise and workmanship are incredible, from my crowns, root canals fillings. Yes, I've had a lot done through my own fault, not there advice lol, his work is exceptional, practice manager Sarah is always helpful, friendly, polite, attentive, such caring professional manager who definitely respects our experience and aims for this 5-star service to be maintained. Thank you all for the truly amazing service you've upheld for all these years.
Very pleased to have found this place and, after my first treatment, count myself very lucky too. The receptionist when I went was lovely - as if she was genuinely glad to see me! The dentist was very professional, and also kind, gentle and reassuring and I knew I was in good hands. The problem tooth was identified immediately. I'd been to an emergency dentist a few days prior who declined treatment because she couldn't work out which tooth it was. I'd recommend the Smile Centre to anyone looking for an excellent dental surgery because that's exactly what it is! Excellent all round.
I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.
I'm quite a nervous patient and never thought about sedation before. I had to have 2 big teeth out and very ao anxious about having them out. So I contacted holmes dentists (I live 2 hours away) I'm so glad I did. Right from the first phone call I made to them they put me at ease straight away. I had the treatment yesterday and everything went great. Every member of staff there are so understanding and are so goood at what they do. If I need a tooth out again I would 100% go back there. I have had a few different treatments at dermaskin they are very professional and very helpful .they don’t try to sell you products just because they can they will advise what is needed . They also help you with medical procedures which you can’t get on the NHS for someone who suffers with acne scaring and cyst this place has been a life saver would highly recommend to anyone I have used many clinics over the years and never found one as good with good doctors and staff
Today I had my first check-up since "lockdown" and was very impressed with the service. Extensive measures and professionalism ere exhibited to ensure that there was minimal risk to staff or patients. I am a busy General Practitioner and despite living near Swansea feel it is a worthwhile investment of my time commuting to Penarth for dental services with the Smile Studio. Not only is the care received exemplary, but the staff all feel like friends. The personal interest in taking a genuine interest in my life goes far above and beyond what I would expect from any medical establishment and impresses me greatly. When I chipped a tooth just before I was due to fly and get married in 2019, The Smile Studio ensured that the experience was as stress-free as possible by ensuring the problem was fixed promptly and were very accommodating to my work commitments in doing so. I cannot recommend the team highly enough for their technical knowledge, professionalism and for always going above & beyond for their patients.
