I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.
Excellent place. Came for an implant, extraction and other bits and bobs. Massively nervous about the procedures but Dermot and the team put me right at ease. From the moment you walk in the door the reception staff are welcoming and reassuring. The treatment plan was thorough and extremely well explained. Walked out the door today so happy. If you have a fear of the dentist like I did, it will all soon melt away when you meet Ian. He put me at ease straight away. He is the nicest man/dentist I have met. He fixed all my problems and made me feel relaxed even though I was so anxious. He is very professional and gentle. I highly recommend him. He even had me laughing, not something I ever thought I would do in a dentist's office. 11 out of 10. Thank you so much from your nervous patient in Canada.
