I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.
If you have a fear of the dentist like I did, it will all soon melt away when you meet Ian. He put me at ease straight away. He is the nicest man/dentist I have met. He fixed all my problems and made me feel relaxed even though I was so anxious. He is very professional and gentle. I highly recommend him. He even had me laughing, not something I ever thought I would do in a dentist's office. 11 out of 10. Thank you so much from your nervous patient in Canada.
