I have been going to WFDP for many years and always found them excellent. Recent relocation meant a change of dentist - not as good - so have returned to WFDP. I am a very nervous patient (wimp) but they have earned my trust over the years and so I absolutely recommend them - especially Sue the hygienist. She puts numbing gel where it used to be very painful and now....NO PAIN. Thank you WFDP xx

I was referred by my dentist to Liam McGrath to have a failing implant removed. I was quite nervous going to another practice for this procedure, but from the minute I walked in I felt at ease with Liam's amazing team. Tyler the treatment coordinator was kind and explained the process to me and the aftercare. Thank you, Tyler! If my old bridge hadn’t fallen out I would never have discovered Ian and his lovely team. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. Ian is a highly skilled professional - he is innovative and caring with extensive knowledge which I now know is recognised internationally. He takes time to explain treatments and never rushes from one patient to another. He has managed to establish a lovely and also highly skilled team around him who as the first point of contact are a credit to the practice. I truly didn’t think that after years of poor dental treatment (from a very young age) in addition to my own neglect that I have found a solution that suits me. Intensive dental treatment isn’t ‘cheap’ and you need to ensure that you find someone who actually acknowledges this truthfully but at the same time is able to provide an in-depth analysis of what to do and what not to do and what is affordable for you. This practice offers this and enables you to make your own choices knowing that the treatment you will receive will be of exceptional quality. I was very scared and anxious about having dental treatment let alone surgery for dental implants but all I can say is that Joe Parker is the best dentist I have come across, so caring, friendly and very professional. His work is amazing and his experience in implant dentistry is second to none. I joined Aigburth dental practice in March 2024 needing RCT followed by a crown. At the time of joining, I was extremely nervous, however the endodontist, Mr Jason Wilkinson made me feel very welcome from the start and also helped me feel significantly less anxious as appointments with him went on. In my experience, I received excellent care from Mr Wilkinson as he has treated me with respect and dignity, understood my anxieties and reassured me throughout as well as taking great care of my teeth as I have not experienced any severe pain or complications during or after any treatment/s. I also felt fully included in the whole process and also in decisions about which treatment/s to opt for with Mr Wilkinson’s honest and expert advice. I have continuously had full access and knowledge about my current tooth health by being shown my X-rays, which were explained to me thoroughly. Mr Wilkinson also explained all upcoming procedure/s in detail whilst putting me at ease and reassuring me when I felt anxious and also explained what he was doing to my teeth during treatment whilst informing me what he would do next, so I would not be too alarmed by any sensations or little pain that would follow. Furthermore, when planning and preparing for my crown, Mr Wilkinson was a perfectionist throughout, wanting the previously made crowns by the lab to be changed when the colour or margin were not ideal. Again, this showed Mr Wilkinson’s high standard of care and moral duty towards me as a patient as he wanted the best for me to improve my confidence and smile and also as crowns are quite expensive. Overall, I will definitely continue to use this practice as my ongoing dentist as it has proved very trustworthy, competent and caring. Kind regards,
