Excellent care from start to finish. I had quotes for implants local to me in Gloucestershire which were expensive so I was delighted to find this much more affordable option. All the staff are highly professional and the highest of standards are maintained. I hate visiting the dentist but was made to feel comfortable and everything was well explained. I’d definitely use Dentale again if I needed more implants!
Just completed a course of treatment to solve my dental problems several different issues being resolved with excellent results. Including new dentures, amalgam removal and replacement with white filling, tooth whitening, dental hygienist, and extraction of wisdom tooth which resulted in needing an emergency appointment for dry socket. The emergency response was excellent given an appointment within two hours of the telephone call and this was at the weekend. All the staff are caring and interested in patients' well-being. Very good control of infection measures and a high standard of cleanliness throughout the clinic. Not cheap but worth every penny.
Having chipped a couple of teeth I booked to see Dr Karim Abdel-Khalek for composite bonding. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Karim is very skilled and talented. I was comfortable, relaxed and informed throughout my appointment. Dr Karim's attention to detail was beyond amazing! I have received so many compliments following my visit. His work really boosted my confidence and Would defo be back for any future treatments and recommend to anyone. Overall, this has been the best dental experience. Highly recommend!
I visited Backwell Dental Care on 30/11/21 to see my Hygienist Mrs Helen Harrington. As usual, the procedure to enter the Reception area was controlled and gel used. We were seated metres away from each other. The Receptionist was very professional at all times. Helen was gentle, exceptionally thorough and her usual professional and kind self. On 01/09/21 I visited Dr Patrick Kennedy and he gave his usual caring, thoughtful and professional service. His skill is second to none and I have been a client of his for many years. I have never ever received such a professional service when visiting a dental practice. My husband who is a dental phobic now happily visits this practice with no anxiety whatsoever. He visits Dr Paul Bucknell who is most professional. I can highly recommend this practice which is 5 star at least. I was recommended many years ago by a friend who had amazing teeth. I have never looked back.
