I received excellent service from Dr. Ahmet and his staff at the Platinum Dental Clinic. The process was very straightforward and right on schedule. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all my necessities were met before leaving the clinic. I would highly recommend them & would definitely come back again if need be.

Was at the clinic in November for 1st visit of all on 6. From first contact with Christopher who was excellent and very good communication throughout the booking process. Once booked I was introduced to Sheamus who talked me through plans before I arrived. On my first day at the clinic after the x-ray was taken everything was explained. Medication was discussed for after the surgery. Once surgery was completed I was in pain but this is to be expected as I had all my teeth extracted and all the implants inserted. Each of my following visits that week all went well and I’m due back in a couple of weeks to have the temporary teeth removed and ready for my bridge and crowns to be completed so I have my final result. My recovery was sore for maybe a week or so with a lot of swelling and bruising but again this was all explained to me before first surgery so when it happened I had no fear and knew it was expected. Once the swelling and bruising went after 5-10 days I have been ok and have had no pain and no issues. I look forward to my return visit in their excellent care and to visit the great city of Istanbul which I got to explore after my appointments each day. I was never in the clinic long so had time to explore and also rest. Sheamus has been brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble again communicating and always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. The staff in the clinic were also very friendly and so helpful. Thanks all and see you again in a few weeks.

The treatment went very well. I went to Turkey to have some work done on my teeth. The initial clinic that I was supposed to have my work done with inflated their price when I got there. I, therefore, took a chance and contacted Cirta Care. They were very professional and provided me with a translator who was present at all my appointment at the clinic. They even called me at the hotel to check up on me. Their prices were much cheaper than the ones in Sisli. I highly recommend their services.

As a patient from the UK, I have returned many times just to be treated by this amazing team. Dr Ayse Nur, Dr Fateh and Dr Beyza and their assistants. They don't just work as a team but as a family and treat their patients with the utmost care. With severe infections that were just dismissed and treated with antibiotics in the UK, Dr Ayse Nur spent hours cleaning out the infections always going to the route of the problems. Dr Fateh is always on hand for extra support and guidance and recommendations and Dr Beyza who has also treated me whilst Dr Ayse Nur has been on maternity leave is also an expert in her field. I have made a few trips from the UK just for dental treatment and have seen this practice grow from strength to strength, appreciating every member of their amazing team. I Highly recommend this clinic. The best quality equipment and tools are used, providing the best quality dental care! So far I have had one dental implant, four deep route canal treatments with crowns and had all the mercury fillings replaced with amalgam fillings. Where other dentists would have replaced my infected and damaged teeth with implants, this dentist saved my original teeth.
