Basel's English-Swiss dentist, Dr Garry Bonsall

Dr. Bonsall has fixed a botched implant of mine with great skill. He has also provided great treatment for my teenage sons, including braces for one of them.

Dr. Bonsall is a high-performance Dental Specialist who combines art with science to make the best of your smile bringing back your confidence. Happy is a short word to describe how I feel after getting my front tooth repaired with a super beautiful zirconia crown. Dr. Garry Bonsall also surprised me with perfect Spanish which is my native language, so I could comfortably talk about the plan to bring my smile back.

I had dental crowns done at Basel’s English-Swiss Dentist. The appointment went smoothly and I chose this clinic mainly because the staff were English-speaking.

Dental crowns can be really expensive, but I think I got good value for money in Switzerland. I did have some sensitivity afterwards and I needed to have a follow-up visit for this, but it might just be due to the condition of my teeth. I’m happy with how everything turned out. The staff were really nice, and the dentist speaks good English and has even published a book! He was just such a nice, easy-going person.

My 4 y.o. suddenly said that he is in pain and we spotted a carries on his tooth. Few other clinics could only give us an appointment several days later, and said they don't promise they'll manage to put a filling during the first visit. Dr. Bonsall offered us treatment in the same day. He had great reviews in Internet and we decided to entrust him our precious little one.

Dr. Bonsall was really good, gained the trust of my son and while making jokes, laughing and chatting kept our lo distracted and in good mood throughout the intervention. My son left happy and proud the office, showing off to the passers by all the presents the doctor gave him - toothbrush, toothpaste and other teeth friendly supplies :). Great experience, we can only reccomend Dr. Bonsall.

The best dentist I have met. I have got 3 wisdom teeth removed already (by other dentists) and this was my last one. And this was the best experience. Dr Garry did it in a min, simply painless. I did not even realise when he injected the anesthesia indulging me into talks. A very friendly doctor and a nice person who even mailed back to ask if my tooth was fine.

A very nice clinic with the best facilities and a very good ambience as well.

Over the years have been to several practices in Italy and UK, but I didn't find the level of details and attention like to Dr Bonsall. Not to underestimate the clarity for everything involved including the prices that are clearly displayed.
I have recommended this practise to my friends living in Basel/Zurich and strongly recommend to anybody who asks me.

Very pleased with the quality of treatment of Dr, Bonsall, across the board. After a few bad experiences in the Basel / Lörrach area, we now have found our 'family dentist'. Communication is excellent (as an expat it is important to be able to discuss complex dental issues and potential solutions and treatment options in English). Dental work / treatment itself is done at very high quality and with lots of care and and consideration throughout. And best of all: all this is done at very reasonable prices (I did compare for exactly similar treatments via quotes) and payment plans. Definitely very happy to recommend Dr Bonsall.

Full top and bottom teeth implants

I am nearing the end of 6 months of implant surgery to replace the top and bottom sets of teeth with implants after an accident over ten years ago. Gary has nearly finished and I must say that this man is one of the most kind and gentle dentists I have ever met. His skills are the best I've encountered ever. I will submit a full review in about a month when we have completed. If you live in Basel, or anywhere in fact, I can't rate Gary high enough!
