Having had some seriously awful past experiences with several dentists in London, I finally took the plunge following being locked down in Spain to try and remedy my most embarrassing problem - my teeth! I finished my plan with Crooke & Laguna two months ago and, as someone who has had many terrible past dental issues, I have been pleasantly satisfied with the treatment and service I have received via the practice and would highly recommend them and will definitely be returning to them if any future problems arise (although I hope it won't be soon!) My main dentist, Eduardo, is by far the most experienced and competent I have ever had. He was very honest with me from the beginning, which led to my treatment taking slightly longer for me than usual but I now completely understand why and can see that the results are so much better than if we had have rushed through so I am now really grateful for his advice and I totally trust his judgement. I needed several appointments (during which most of the practice was involved at some point) and the service I received from the entire team was consistently first class - from the initial 3D scanning right through to the last appointment, (which I thoroughly appreciated and needed, being a nervous person when it comes to this stuff). All of the staff have been extremely kind and gentle throughout all the procedures & appointments and the whole team have been so accommodating and lovely to me throughout so I am really happy that I went with them. I am now truly pleased with my results and cannot thank ALL of the team at Marbella Crooke & Laguna enough for helping me find my smile again!

From the moment I picked up the phone a couple of months back and called Xmile Clinic, I knew I was at the right place. I spoke to Denise the receptionist who put me through to Dr Rico. He immediately put me at ease. He has a good level of English. He asked me some questions and asked me to forward some photos on What's app. It was an easy experience and I felt really comfortable and assured that he could put a smile back on my face after years of not being comfortable with photographs because my teeth had moved and didn't look well. My husband and I made an appointment for a consultation. Dr Rico encouraged me to take my husband along because it was important to make decisions on my teeth together. I couldn't have agreed more. We arrived a Xmile a few weeks later. I thought it might take half an hour. It took 1.5 hours. It was time well spent because Dr Rico went through every possible detail. He asked lots of questions and my husband and I left totally reassured we were at the right dentist for me. We connected with him. He is very confident in his profession and I needed that reassurance. He is highly skilled. I had root canal treatment done on my first appointment with Sylvia and Monica. It was a pleasant experience. They were super friendly. Two days later I arrived early for what turned out to be over 6 hours of treatment preparing me for most of my teeth to be crowned.I had five appointments in total. The extensive work was necessary as my teeth had moved a lot and I wasn't happy smiling in photos any more. What strikes me about this clinic is that it's a team effort. From the moment you walk in, each team member treats you so well. From Denise in reception to Sylvia and Monica and finally to Dr Rico. It felt like one big happy family doing what they do best. Attention to detail is first class. I particularly liked the vibe and atmosphere in the clinic and I got 5 star treatment. I left last Friday, and am looking forward to going back in February. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and to anyone who needs dental treatment. For me, it is good value for the money I am spending. The dentist is a very skilled, experienced and professional lady. Clean, modern clinic. Along with her talented brother and lovely dental nurses, this makes a fantastic team to cover all your needs in comfortable friendly surroundings. Treatment and prices are fully explained. I had implants done and am delighted with the result. I highly recommend it. English is also spoken here.
