I had a personal recommendation to seek advice and treatment from R&H and I have to say I was extremely impressed by my first experience in every respect. In fact, I have to say it was exceptional. I visited the clinic in person and was greeted by Lala (and subsequently by members of her reception team). The welcome exceeded my expectations and the procedures for a first appointment were explained in detail. Within a week I had a full check-up of my mouth - teeth, gums, etc with Dr. Irene, a very sensible prerequisite of any treatment. This was carried out carefully and thoroughly and fully explained. I was able to ask questions and these were dealt with in a manner that gave me confidence that I was in very professional hands. Within a day or so I then had an appointment for cleaning and fluoride treatments with Nuria, a hygienist at the practice. Brilliant care, again, highly professional, thorough, and patient. Delighted with the outcome. In summary, the practice is highly recommended in all respects. A lot of attention to hygiene across the clinic. Everyone was kind, friendly, and cheerful and I left, reflecting on excellent professional service.

From the moment I picked up the phone a couple of months back and called Xmile Clinic, I knew I was at the right place. I spoke to Denise the receptionist who put me through to Dr Rico. He immediately put me at ease. He has a good level of English. He asked me some questions and asked me to forward some photos on What's app. It was an easy experience and I felt really comfortable and assured that he could put a smile back on my face after years of not being comfortable with photographs because my teeth had moved and didn't look well. My husband and I made an appointment for a consultation. Dr Rico encouraged me to take my husband along because it was important to make decisions on my teeth together. I couldn't have agreed more. We arrived a Xmile a few weeks later. I thought it might take half an hour. It took 1.5 hours. It was time well spent because Dr Rico went through every possible detail. He asked lots of questions and my husband and I left totally reassured we were at the right dentist for me. We connected with him. He is very confident in his profession and I needed that reassurance. He is highly skilled. I had root canal treatment done on my first appointment with Sylvia and Monica. It was a pleasant experience. They were super friendly. Two days later I arrived early for what turned out to be over 6 hours of treatment preparing me for most of my teeth to be crowned.I had five appointments in total. The extensive work was necessary as my teeth had moved a lot and I wasn't happy smiling in photos any more. What strikes me about this clinic is that it's a team effort. From the moment you walk in, each team member treats you so well. From Denise in reception to Sylvia and Monica and finally to Dr Rico. It felt like one big happy family doing what they do best. Attention to detail is first class. I particularly liked the vibe and atmosphere in the clinic and I got 5 star treatment. I left last Friday, and am looking forward to going back in February. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and to anyone who needs dental treatment. For me, it is good value for the money I am spending. I was recommended in my home country to undertake an all-in-six treatment. I happened to discuss the recommendation with a friend (Thomas S) who undertook this treatment with Smart Dental in Andalusia a few months back. I would say that I am a conservative person and that I wouldn't instinctively do dental work abroad. I must admit I was very curious by my friend's feedback. I still looked online a few other clinics in Benalmadena. I'm not sure why I did this... still, I think I was naturally attracted by fancy deals and low prices. I had short calls with a few clinics and was unfortunately pressured to make quick decisions, that the deals wouldn't last, that I would lose all my teeth etc.. I just started losing confidence and trust, especially as I wasn't keen on doing dental abroad. My wife inquired on my behalf to gather initial information on the procedure steps and scheduled a zoom call with the clinic director and surgeon. I must say that I had an excellent first impression. Mrs. diana, Mrs. Carmen and Dr. Felix clearly explained all the steps in details and what to expect. I was particularly impressed by how supportive, comforting and understanding the team was. We decided to head to Spain... I still took the opportunity in Benalmadena to shop around again for other dental clinics. To be honest, I wasn't that impressed by 4 / 5 other clinics, but it was still good to inquire and kept an open mind. I went ahead with my appointment to Smart Dental. The clinic is modern and clean. The team was organised, welcoming and very attentive in all my appointments. What was particularly interesting is that Smart Dental was the ONLY clinic offering warranty on the surgery, whereas other clinics that I checked only provided a warranty on the implants. The clinic team was very clear and transparent at the cost structure, the procedure and material used which made me feel at ease. Understanding how "too good to be true offers" was an eye opener to me and my wife. Dr Felix was extremely professional. The process was completed without any delays or complications. I cannot tell you how happy I am. Excellent value for the quality. The only downside I guess what I had difficulty parking and made nervous about being late for my appointments, but on the other hand parking is always challenging.
