Firstly let me say I have recently been receiving poor dental treatment in the UK, Which has left me with a huge phobia about going to the dentist, I first attended This Surgery about a month ago, with a tooth which had a hole getting bigger by The day, my UK dentist said it would be extracted upon my return, so arrived here With the problem, it was niggling and the hole was getting bigger, so contacted The Surgery in Lagoa, to let them extract when the two dentists looked at the Tooth Xrays, they did extensive root canal treatment, and two hours after surgery, I had like a perfect tooth again, which is still perfect, The next day feeling my confidence restored in Surgeons,I asked the head surgeon Jao about implants, he took his time and told me of his procedures, and of course The price, and yesterday I had bone grafts and 4 implants fitted, It took about 4 hours In total, the two lads were magnificent, in their attitude, expertise, and understanding, And again a couple of hours after surgery, I felt fine and slept well, To tell the truth The hardest part for me has been not allowed to smoke, and my patches keep falling Off in the heat, However going back to the facts, these two surgeons are better and a credit to their profession, I am from Edinburgh and a genuine patient, and please Call me on 07709 288894 if you want any more information about how high I rate these guys. Having a dental treatment done at the moment with Dr Anne I was very nervous and anxious but the minute I walked into the clinic I felt at ease. Dr Anne is such a lovely gentle person and will do everything in her power to help you. Her staff is fantastic from her dental nurse to her secretary, everyone made you feel so welcome and looked after me to the best. I'm looking forward to seeing her again in a few weeks to finish my treatment which I didn't think I'd ever say as I hate the dentist but believe me, you don't feel as if you are in a dental clinic you so well looked after its fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone wanting dental treatment to go to this clinic .also they arranged to pick me up from the airport, brought me back to the airport, booked me into a lovely hotel looked after me 100% thank you Anne and staff x

My experience of using this clinic was exceptionally positive. You realise very quickly that the mindset and expertise of dentists in the Algarve are far advanced to that in the UK. I will be talking of my experience for years to come. Thank you.

I had been in a lot of discomfort from a back tooth while on holiday. I found the Clinic Price on a search. I was given an appointment on a Saturday morning. Dr Bettencourt was extremely friendly and very competent. I should be able to judge as I'm a Dentist!! He carried out the necessary treatment very effectively and efficiently. If the toothache is spoiling your holiday, ring Dr Bettencourt!!

From pain to truly enjoying my holiday! An emergency dentist appointment left me with a worrisome decision that I had to take an extraction or root canal, none on my wish list! I desperately search online and found Whatclinic, 20 emails later and of the very first who replied was Mara from Clinica Previdente asking my questions and offering me what options I had, excellent communication! Arrived in Portugal and to the clinic, I have been greeted by Tatiana, a lovely and friendly person then been seen by Dr Renato. His level of professionalism is unmatched in London, UK from my experience! Explain in plain English and in detail everything I asked and needed to know to decide that a root canal would be a better choice. 1hour and 30min later the procedure was done! No pain at all and very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended! Thank you so much and looking forward to visiting the clinic again, believe me, or not.
