I had been in a lot of discomfort from a back tooth while on holiday. I found the Clinic Price on a search. I was given an appointment on a Saturday morning. Dr Bettencourt was extremely friendly and very competent. I should be able to judge as I'm a Dentist!! He carried out the necessary treatment very effectively and efficiently. If the toothache is spoiling your holiday, ring Dr Bettencourt!!

The Clinic's staff were very professional and helpful throughout. Fabio Tavares, the Endodontic Specialist, was extremely impressive - with regard to my treatment he definitely went that extra mile. Both Fabio and the dental assistant delivered a very warm, friendly and caring patient experience. From my personal experience, I would not hesitate to recommend an endodontic patient to Fabio Tavares.

I had first consultation a week ago and the team are all lovely and fluent in English also which was a great help as I explained my phobia of dentists Had examination and xray done and a plan was made for follow up appointment for treatment under sedation with gas. Unfortunately for everyone on the day the sedation system just wouldn't work.The doctor tried for almost an hour to get it working but to no avail. They were left with no choice but to call a technician and to send me home. The dentist, nurses, doctor and receptionist were all so apologetic I felt bad for them as they had moved some appointments to fit me in for a 3-hour session. I will return when the system is fixed, hopefully soon. But with Christmas looming and holidays to be taken it may be next year.
