I need an emergency retainer removal, as it got damaged and was hurting my mouth and my tongue. Since I am travelling and in whole KL my insurance company has no contracted doctors, I have to find the help by myself. I was super grateful to find Smileworks and especially Dr. Nor Ikhwan Abu Bakar DDS, as he and also his assistant were both super friendly and professional. They communicated super fast, with clarity, they provided all useful information and the dental service was clean, fast and very professional. I could not recommend them more! Great experience. Did my root canal treatment, crown and whitening here. Dr Ong is always so skilful and gentle, nurses are very helpful and polite too. Overall a very good dental experience. I will definitely come back again if i need any dental service <3

Dr. Sanjay was very caring and understanding towards my daughter during our 1st visit for tooth extraction. My daughter is very scared of dentists, to begin with. He took the time to talk to her through the procedures and calm her down. Very pleasant indeed! Dr Sanjay is a great doctor who listens to the patient and takes care of him/her with great attention.
