As a person who has a HUGE fear of the dentist, Friel couldn't have treated me better. I had to have an emergency molar extraction and she was so lovely and understanding of my fear. She talked me through everything. After a few days I had dry socket, and I called the surgery. Friel called me back and prescribed me antibiotics. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Friel as a dentist 100%. It was more of an expensive appointment as it was a bank holiday Monday and an emergency appointment, but worth every cent.

I began my appointments with Nick over 2 years ago. It was several years since I had been to any dentist and I just did not know where to start. From the moment I met Nick and the team I felt at ease and confident that I was in the best of care. Nick is a complete expert and visionary in his field, not to mention a perfectionist. I trusted him fully with every step of the process and committed myself to this wonderful clinic. I received numerous extensive treatments including crown, implant, extractions and orthodontic treatment. It was the best decision I ever made and I am over the moon with my lovely new smile and healthy teeth. An absolute credit to the dental profession and an asset to any patient who is in a position to choose this clinic.
I was so used to dentists imposing putting me at unease. I had half my teeth smashed, had facial reconstruction, and put the dentist off because of that. Then I was taken to Caoimhe, and I didn’t notice anything — she, Jade, and the other person were so kind and put me at ease. Everything was done, and I didn’t really feel anything. Absolutely perfect. I was stunned. These are great people — and Caoimhe, I think, might be the best dentist in Ireland. Sorry for the length, I don’t usually do this, but the praise is well deserved. I completed an invisaline treatment plan with Southhate dental.. started in September and finished this week, which is about 8 months. Dr Arda, Rhonda and Sara where extremely friendly and professional and happy to help with any questions and queries along the way. The reception staff and everyone else at the clinic where excellent. The clinic itself is clean and modern and comfy, top quality facility. I couldn't recommend them more! From start to finish I can't find a single fault and the results are perfect!
From my first visit to Dr Watters about 15 years ago, I know that her dentistry was absolutely excellent. Always calm and reassuring in her approach, I felt in very safe and skilled hands. I have one particular tooth that Dr Watters has managed to keep literally in one piece for quite a long time now. Dr Watters is a very resourceful and highly professional dentist who is exceptional at her craft.
