O' Connor Denture Clinic - Dundalk

I had a thermoplastic denture made at this dental laboratory, which was presented as providing professional dental technician services. Unfortunately, the outcome was very poor.

The denture does not function correctly. I am unable to chew or cut food, as the teeth do not meet properly and have no functional contact. This has significantly affected my ability to eat.

I paid a substantial amount for this treatment and waited approximately three months before receiving the denture. After receiving it and experiencing these issues, I attempted to contact the provider to discuss whether the problems could be corrected. There was no interest shown in reviewing or resolving the situation.

Based on the quality of the work, the long wait time, and the lack of aftercare or willingness to address the issues, I would not recommend this service.

I had my dentures fixed here and was very happy with the service. Turnover time was 24 hours, but this is because of the day of the week I visited them.

It was just a repair so there was no need for aftercare. The dentist was so easy to talk to. I’d give them 5 stars.
