I’m a nervous patient with gum disease. Due to Covid, it had been nearly a year since my last visit to the hygienist. I was expecting pain and discomfort and the usual lecture. Well, I was wrong.. Shauna, the hygienist, was amazing… I got pain-free but thoroughly clean and polished. The usual advice was delivered in sympathetic, non-hectoring tones. I’ll be back!

The atmosphere is friendly and cheerful, and both Olivia and Jessica make me feel like part of a family. I moved to west cork a year ago and drove to Terenure for my recent appointment. Attended the clinic with my 12-year-old son for the first time this afternoon. Incredibly welcoming and pleasant team, we were put at ease the moment we walked through the door. The dentist and nurse were also excellent. The service was super, thorough and professional. We didn’t feel rushed or like a number to be pushed through. Real care and thought was put into our check ups and follow on care plans. We will definitely be back. Thanks to all who looked after us today it was very much appreciated.
I've attended Niall for many dental treatments since 2014 and I would highly recommend him, especially if you are a nervous patient!! The quality of his work is superb and he has a lovely, easy-going manner which really puts you at ease if you are an anxious patient like me. The staff in the clinic are friendly and approachable if you have any questions about further treatments, aftercare or scheduling appointments. I have been attending the fresh breath clinic 3/4 times a year as I have a retainer bonded to my teeth after orthodontics. Andrea my hygienist suggested she use the EMS air polisher as its a new treatment. The difference is incredible. Its non-invasive, very helpful for sensitive teeth, and it reduces the time spent in the chair. There has been a big improvement in my teeth since getting this treatment reducing the frequency of my hygiene appointments. I would highly recommend it. The clinic is brand new and the staff are so professional and super friendly.
