My child is very anxious and usually afraid of doctors, but Dr. Kateryna found a wonderful approach and put us completely at ease. Attended the clinic with my 12-year-old son for the first time this afternoon. Incredibly welcoming and pleasant team, we were put at ease the moment we walked through the door. The dentist and nurse were also excellent. The service was super, thorough and professional. We didn’t feel rushed or like a number to be pushed through. Needed a filling in one of my upper teeth, which got a crack during pregnancy. I mentioned on the initial questionnaire that I sometimes had difficulties getting numb, so the doctor gave me about 6 injections - all painless! The dentist got rid of my old amalgam filling and did her best to give me a sturdy well shaped new composite one. This was honestly the first painless dentist visit in my life, thanks to Dr. Ethne. Will come back again.
