Once you have made your appointment you will be sent a reminder text the day before with our your appointment details and our address. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a new patient form with your medical history and take a seat in our comfortable waiting area. He will listen to your requirements and together you will make a treatment plan outlining the time frame for the procedure and also exact cost. Your crown/s will take two visits to complete. During your first visit impressions and xrays will be taken to be sent to the laboratory to be made. You will be given a temporary crown to wear if needs be. At your second appointment a week later your new crown/s will be fitted. Payment for crowns is 50% upfront and 50% at the end of treatment.
