I went to this clinic in 2021 to get braces. At first, everything seemed fine, but then I noticed that my teeth were moving very slowly. They also removed four teeth from the front part of my jaw, and my orthodontist, Nino Beridze, assured me that the gaps created by these extractions would eventually close.
Throughout the treatment, it was difficult to get Dr. Nino’s attention as my primary orthodontist. Despite having appointments, I often had to wait to be seen, and there was no enthusiasm or human warmth in the interactions with either her or the clinic staff.
When the braces were finally removed, the gaps had not closed. When I asked why, I was told it was due to the width of my own teeth and that six of them would need bonding to close the gaps. This left me wondering why my four healthy teeth were removed in the first place. They simply told me that bonding was now the only option. This treatment has clearly worsened the aesthetics of my smile.
Before moving to another country, I specifically asked the orthodontist to thoroughly examine my teeth and perform a final cleaning so I wouldn’t have to worry about any dental issues in the year following my move. They did a cleaning and assured me everything was fine and that my teeth were healthy. However, after arriving in Argentina and discovering a cavity myself while brushing, a local dentist found three significant cavities – two of which were on teeth visible during my final appointment in Nino’s clinic. These cavities had clearly been present when the braces were removed, but no one in the clinic noticed or informed me about them.
Throughout the treatment, Dr. Nino examined my teeth only superficially and often passed me on to her assistants. She reluctantly answered my questions, simply assuring me that everything would eventually align properly – which, in the end, it did not. I didn't see her at all for the last month of my treatment, and she didn’t review the final results.
Since I had paid for the full orthodontic treatment package in 2021, I had to finish my treatment at this clinic. It was a very unpleasant experience, both in terms of communication and the quality of medical care I received. If you care about quality treatment and attentive care, I recommend choosing other clinics to avoid the indifference and lack of professionalism I experienced.
