I required the extraction of a wisdom tooth which was partly impacted and had developed an infection.

When it is your first time to a dentist for a surgical removal/ extraction of a sensitive tooth and you enter all tensed only to feel relaxed the moment the doctor starts talking to you. That is when you know it is a good clinic. I was in desperate need of an extraction and being on a student budget in a foreign country, I found this to meet my requirement in every manner.
Starting from the infrastructure of the dental tools, to the operation furniture, to the ambiance of the entire area and the response of the staff. It was a wonderful experience.

I had a minor surgery with Dr. Shalash which went perfectly fine. Before we started, he educated me and gave me the options of treatment in a simple way! He is the kind of doctor who thinks out loud with the patient so that all of us would reach the desired results successfully, not to mention his team and the great environment they create around him! Dr. Shalash was recommended by a colleague after a bad experience at another dentist in Cairo. He undertook root-canal work on a back molar, in one 90 minute session, followed by removal of the temporary filling for a permanent one.

The procedure, whilst long, was not painful and the tooth now feels better than ever. The cost was very good value, compared to the cost of dentistry in the UK. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Dr. Shalash has all the modern techniques and equipment you would expect to see in a state of the art dental surgery. He explains everything he is doing and why, as he treats you. His nurses and technicians are highly trained, sympathetic and very nice. The whole experience was as carefully and professionally carried out, as it could be.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this Shalash’s office. My first contact was with Dr. Aslam Shalash as my first appointment was mistakenly not confirmed with Dr. Mahmoud Shalash and I was completely blown away by how helpful and honest he was and how fast he was at getting back to me to schedule an appointment with Mahmoud Shalash as the most talented and competent doctor in Implantology! Dr Mahmoud was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! The office is spotless and the music was soothing my anxiety, and the conversation was very intellectual. I would highly recommend this clever dentist!

Very happy with the results! I went for laser teeth whitening and a general check-up also, all was done very professionally and both Dr. Shalash and his assistant did an amazing job.

Very professional staff, from the reception to the doctors you see they take their job seriously. The clinic is very, very clean, quiet and you definitely feel at ease there. Dr. Shalash informed me about all that the procedure would involve and was helpful in clearing out some other questions I had, speaking excellent english! Again I must say the same goes for his assistant, thank you :)
