The Dental Plan Costa Rica is located in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It's a 20 minute drive from the Liberia International Airport (LIR). The dentist, Dr. Silvia Morales is speaks both English and Spanish fluently, and studied in the US. Dr. Richard Levy is the owner. He held two orthodontic practices in Washington DC for 25 years before moving to Costa Rica.
