Biography:
He is the Director of D-Care Dental Clinic. He graduated from the Certificate Doctor of Dental Surgeon, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Health Sciences Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 1995 and a Post Graduate of Certificate Master of Public Administration, Chamroeun Poly Technology University, Cambodia in 2009.
