Having PTSD from a very bad root canal years ago, I’m VERY anxious. Dr Alyaa and her assistant understood and managed my anxiety brilliantly; they really looked after me. After visiting the clinic for 3 days, I was good to go with a new crown fitted, no pain or infection and back on the road trip north. I came in today with a problem that had been frustrating me for years — after a root canal, a tiny chip in the porcelain had left a gap between my teeth where food was constantly getting stuck. After every single meal I had to leave the table to floss and rinse, and it was just awful. From the moment I walked into Kawana Dental, I was put at ease. I’m usually very anxious in the chair, but Dr Nancy and Nina immediately made me feel calm, comfortable, and cared for. Dr Nancy worked her magic and skillfully filled the gap between my teeth — and the result is nothing short of amazing.
