I arranged an out-of-hours consultation due to my own work commitments and was so pleased that they worked flexible hours. I was seen by specialist nurse Debbie, who explained the procedure to me. I then got booked in for a date that was convenient for me to allow my recovery. On the date of my procedure (blepharoplasty for my hooded eyelids), I met Jenny ( nurse) and Mr El Gawad. He was very charming and professional, and both Jenny and Mr El Gawad made the whole experience very calming as I didn’t know what to expect. I found this clinic by googling the procedure in the Liverpool area. I was very pleased by how kind, professional and efficient all the staff were. It was also a very clean and well-run service. I also received a follow-up telephone call within 24 hours to ensure I was not having any problems and to give them a call if I had any concerns. I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.
