I had an otoplasty procedure at London Harley Street Clinics and I honestly did not expect the result to be this amazing. From the very beginning, the surgeon was extremely kind, patient, and caring, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. The aftercare and guidance were excellent. If you carefully follow the surgeon’s advice, you will achieve the results you are hoping for. I am very happy with my outcome and grateful for the professionalism and support I received. I had my surgery with Dr Rochira on the 19th Jan 2023. I had my initial consultation with him in October 2022 and he was very approachable and very professional. He outlined his expectations and as I had done my research prior I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. His goal is to keep you looking natural with a nose that suits your face, in comparison to some surgeons I’ve seen who place the same nose onto every patient. The whole process was smooth from start to end. I was so nervous about the surgery on the day but the care I received was fantastic. I am now 3 months post-op and I can easily say I’d do it again if I had to. The bruising was pretty much none existent and there was very minimal swelling. No pain whatsoever, just an uncomfortable sensation like when you have a bad cold. My advice would be to do your research beforehand and you’ll be prepared for the results after the cast comes off. I knew I would be swollen at first and it wouldn’t be the final result. 3 months later and my nose fits my face and it frames my whole face so much better. Healing takes up to a year so I am not finished with my journey yet, but I am beyond happy with my result. My self-esteem and confidence have increased hugely thanks to Dario and I’ll forever be grateful. I used to be obsessed with my nose in a negative way, I hated my side profile and when I smiled my nose would droop down. Now I’m obsessed in a different way and I can’t believe it’s my nose. Anyone worried about getting this procedure that wants it done, Dario will look after you and create a better version of yourself.
