Real Plastic Surgery - Plastic Surgery Clinic in the UK

Real Plastic Surgery

The Shard, St. Thomas Street, London
Naveen Cavale is a fully accredited UK Plastic Surgeon (on the UK Specialist Register, or equivalent to USA Board Certified) who trained and qualified in London. He has an NHS Plastic & Reconstructive practice in King's College Hospital, London as well as a Private Plastic, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgery practice in central London. Nav puts patients first, with emphasis being on safety. He is keen to put you at ease and will never 'sell' surgery to you. He never rushes consultations and you will only ever be offered a procedure that is wholly appropriate for you. Mr. Cavale prefers and encourages natural results as he believes these are both longer lasting, and safer. He is on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery, and is a full member of BAPRAS, BAAPS and ISAPS. He is fully insured via a UK-based indemnity company, specialising in plastic surgeons. As the company name suggests, he is passionate that cosmetic surgery patients see a 'Real' surgeon i.e. one that is properly trained and qualified, not only in carrying out your procedure, but also able to properly deal with any situation arising after surgery (expected or unexpected). If he cannot deal with the issue himself, and you require another specialist, he will gladly refer you on to one of his large network of similarly highly qualified colleagues - this is one of the great advantages of working in the NHS. Please see his work for yourself. Read his reviews and look at  before and after pho

6months on I really couldn't be happier with the finished productPoppy, UK, 20 11 19

I had breast enlargement surgery with Oliver Harley. After breastfeeding two children I finally made the decision to make the leap, I wanted to be like I was before the children! Wow, I can't thank or recommend him enough. The whole process from start to finish was quick and relatively painless. I had an overnight stay at the McIndoe hospital in east Grinstead where the staff were lovely and I felt very cared for. I was discharged the following day, back at work after a week and now, 6months on I really couldn't be happier with the finished product. The mans a miracle worker. I would honestly say, stop thinking about it and just do it! The money it cost wasn't a fortune and was well worth it for the way I feel about myself now.

What is Rhinoplasty? Rhinoplasty is also known as a ‘nose-job’.  It is an operation which changes the shape of the nose to give a more aesthetically balanced appearance or perhaps to correct an established deformity.  There are a combination of changes which can be made to improve the appearance of the nose which include reshaping the bridge of the nose (usually reducing a hump), refining the tip of the nose, improving the projection of the tip, shortening the nose or narrowing wide nostrils.  The aim is to shape the nose so that it is more in keeping with the desired appearance of the patient and also in balance with the proportions of the face. What does the surgery involve? Rhinoplasty is typically carried out under general anaesthetic and you can go home on the day of surgery.  Sometimes a single night in hospital is advised.  The shape of the nose is determined by a framework of cartilages and bones.  Small cuts are made inside the nostrils to access the framework and reshape it.  Occasionally it is also necessary to have a small scar at the base of the nostrils or across the central strut (‘columella’) of the nose or tiny access incisions on the side of the nose.  The operation takes about 90 minutes. At the end of the operation a small splint and some tapes will be positioned and packs are inserted into the nostrils.  This is done to support the new shape of the nose while it sets.  Some cases are more complex and may require internal access to the central strut deep inside the nose ‘septum’ which is necessary to correct shape, airflow or to obtain cartilage grafts to assist with shaping the nose.  This is known as septo-rhinoplasty.
