So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.
I called the Harley Street Clinic after my friend told me to ask for Michael I wanted a breast enlargement. Michael spent 40 mins chatting to me and listened to exactly what I wanted, he actually recommended my surgeon and sorted everything out for me.
