Cadogan Clinic

I chose this clinic for a 360 liposuction procedure with fat transfer to the buttocks and hip-dips (only) after being reassured of their professionalism and high standards. The initial communication and consultations were detailed. I made my expectations very clear during two separate consultations, I believed the surgeon understood my requirements and I felt confident proceeding with the surgery.

However, after the operation, I quickly noticed that the results did not match what had been discussed and consented to during my consultations. Fat appears to have been placed much higher on my hips than expected, which has changed the shape and proportions of my torso in a way I did not anticipate. One side of my waist is now considerably higher than the other, my torso is thicker and the narrowest part of my waist is higher overall. My waist used to start widening below my navel, now it is above it. I had made specific requests about the areas I wanted treated, so this outcome was extremely disappointing.

Following the procedure, I raised my concerns with the clinic and provided supporting information. While I initially remained patient and hopeful that the issue would be resolved, communication has been extremely poor and several of my questions have still not been answered. When the clinic did respond to my emails, their response was much slower than anyone would reasonably expect: It took multiple weeks and I had to repeat my request several times for the Clinic to send me a copy of their complaints procedure, for example. It has now been exactly 12 weeks (60 working business days) since my operation, and I still have yet to receive a clear resolution or plan for how the matter will be addressed.

This experience has been very stressful, particularly given the time, trust, and resources I have invested. I did all I possibly could to try and pick a clinic that could safely give me the result that I asked for, my experience has not lived up to expectations or the reviews that can be found elsewhere online. I hope the clinic can improve its communication and follow-up care, ensuring that patients feel heard and supported when raising post-operative concerns in the future.

I saw Mr Hazim Sadideen for fillers and I couldn't be happier. I was nervous before the treatment but he put me at ease immediately and injection didn't hurt one bit which is a complete opposite to my last filler injection at another clinic. So professional, knowledgeable and just overall such a nice genuine doctor.

Over the past few years, I have seen Safae and Sarah at the clinic for my aesthetic treatments, I cannot recommend either of them enough. If you are considering laser hair removal, definitely book yourself in. After the first session, I could see results and after going back every six weeks my treatment is complete and I could not be happier! My only problem is that I wish I started the treatment sooner! I have also had a peel with Sarah which left my skin refreshed and super smooth!

I came here for a mole mapping and consultation. The mole was removed on the day in the operating theatre - very impressed all round.

I'm 53, female. I lost some weight but had a sagging neck with excess fat that remained despite my weight loss. I felt quite awful about how I looked. I was nervous about having surgery, having never had any cosmetic surgery before, but went ahead with it. I chose the Cadogan Clinic near Sloane Square. The procedure was performed by Surgeon Olivier Omar. It took a couple of weeks for recovery to really begin. Now 7 weeks later, I feel so great about myself and the way I look. I even dress with more confidence. My face doesn't look fat anymore, it's much more lean. I have jaw definition! Honestly, I feel so much better about myself. Cadogan Clinic take really good care of patients, that was my experience.

I researched and chose Cadogan Clinic. First impressions, a welcoming place, staff were all polite and helpful. On my first visit, I was given lots of information about options, how the procedure would be done, recovery times etc.

I had an amazing experience at the Cadogan clinc. 15 Oct 2012 - Arrived at 8am saw senior nurse at 8.15 the anesthetist at 8.30 and consulted my surgeon Ms Angelica Kavouni at 8.45. Had my double chin smart lipo op ( Platysmoplasty & Liposuction (Smartlipo MPX) at 9am and I was enjoying a coffee at 11am ! Took a cab at 12noon and was home in time for lunch. I am very pleased with the pre op and post op professional approach by the staff. Results are amazing and the after care 1st class. Woke up today..no pain..no discomfort, just feeling great ! I will definitely return to the Cadogan clinic. Ms Kavouni is an excellent surgeon and the staff are welcoming, confident and knowledgeable. I recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you !
