I highly recommend them.​ Everything was so prompt, private, personal and such a reasonable price compared to other clinics.​ ​ Khalid answered every question I had from phone calls to emails all hours of the day he was an amazing thank you. ​Ann -the nurse is the loveliest lady who put me at ease before, during and after the operation she sat with me through the whole operation such a lovely lady thank you​. Dr Moosad - had a good bedside manner as this is a very personal thing he was very informative and gave the best advice to achieve what I wanted.​ Thank you Dr Moosad you don't understand what you have done for me.​ ​ The overall surgery was fine, I didn't feel anything whilst having the operation but on the way home when the general anaesthesia was wearing off I was in a lot of pain but ones I got my painkillers under control I was as comfortable as expected. I think I was very lucky with the pain ( I do have a high pain threshold ) I had the operation Friday afternoon and I went back to my office job Wednesday it was sore but bearable. I also then see Mr Moosad 4/5 weeks later where we checked everything was okay and he was happy with everything. I'm so thankful for all the team and the outcome so thank you.

I visited MACS clinic for a treatment that I had been wanting since my late teens and from the moment I met the team I knew I would be in safe hands. Dr Vadodaria was very understanding and empathetic. He provided me with lots of information, so I could made an informative decision. There was no pressure at all to book anything future and it felt like more of a chat than business to him and he made me feel that my needs and welfare are his priority. On the day of surgery, I felt very calm thanks to the 2 kind nurses that held my hand during and was constantly asking If I was ok. I felt so at ease that I almost fell to sleep. The surgery was painless and went better than I could have imagined. The aftercare so far has been brilliant, I received an text the following day to check I was ok and it contained a number I could call if I needed anything at all. I did send over a message for reassurance that everything was ok and I received a call from the surgeon promptly. I would highly recommend MASCS clinic, the team are brilliant and it feels more like you are part of a family than another number/patient at a clinic/hospital. Dr Vadodaria and his team enjoy having general chat with you which made me feel like he has the time for you. Dr Vadodaria has not only changed my life with the surgery he carried out but he has also saved my life with asking me to quit smoking and I will forever be grateful to him and his team.
