Born in Lisbon on 4 June 1953 Son of Constantine Gomes Mills and Lisete Natércia Rebelo. Primary and secondary school studies in Lisbon, Le Lycée Français Charles Pierre and Normal Liceu Pedro Nunes concluded to dispense with core subjects for admission to Higher Education. Doctor of Medicine in July 1980 at the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon, with a final grade of 15 (fifteen) values. Specialty boarding school for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Reconstructive between 1984 and 1990 in the Hospital of St. Mary and St. Joseph Hospital in Lisbon. He joined a team of this specialty for 4 years in regular and periodic trips to Madeira, Hospital Cruz de Carvalho in Funchal, where he held consultations, surgeries and aids within the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Reconstructive. He was part of the Emergency Hospital of St. Francis Xavier Plastic Surgery team for 3 years. Degree of Specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery with a final grade of 17 (seventeen values) obtained from the Hospital of St. Joseph of the Civil Hospitals of Lisbon in January 1990 Grade Specialist by the Medical Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetics in 1990. It was also recognized by various entities and recognized in the field of Surgery and Aesthetics. Exercises, for some years, his professional activity only in the private sector in the field of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic being exclusively on Millennium in which it operates and performs queries. It is a board member of several international scientific and medical societies, president of the European Society of Aesthetic Surgery and a member of the International Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the International Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, currently working exclusively on Millennium Clinic of which he is director.
