Doctor André Baldin is a Brazilian physician specialized on plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He obtained his medical degree from the renown Anahuac University and completed a specialization in General Surgery at the Autonomous University of México (UNAM), he continued his training with a specialty in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has also furthered his studies with a Master’s degree in Management of Health Institutions from Anahuac University. Doctor Baldin has performed clinical rotations at Dr Manuel Gea González General Hospital and is a research associate at the Anahuac Institute of Public Health, and the Department of Research and Experimental Surgery at the Hospital Ángeles Lomas. He is also the Head of Education for the specialty in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Dr Manuel Gea González General Hospital. Doctor Baldin is a member of the Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (AMCPER); the Mexican Society of Public Health (SMSP); the American Society of Plastic Surgeons International Trainee Program (ASPS), as well as the AO Foundation (AOCMF). As a researcher he’s presented lectures at multiple conferences in Mexico, Canada and Korea, including the Global Health Conference, the World Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery Conference, and the AMCPER International Annual Conference. Dr. Baldin has also written for multiple medical publications, such as The Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, the Mexican Journal of Endoscopic Surgery, and the Journal of the Faculty of Medicine UNAM.

Doctor Pablo Arrieta-Joffe is a highly trained physician specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery. After graduating with academic excellence from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Dr. Arrieta completed a specialty in General Surgery and a subspecialty in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at Manuel Gea González General Hospital; he then furthered his studies with a high- specialty postgraduate program in Craniofacial Surgery at the prestigious Fernando Ortiz Monasterio Foundation. He’s also studied Facial Cosmetic Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York and at Ángeles Pedregal Hospital in Mexico City; Body Contouring Surgery after Massive Weigh Loss at Hurwitz Center for Plastic Surgery in Pittsburgh, and High-Definition Liposculpture at Total Definer Academy, in Bogota, Colombia, with world-renown surgeon, Dr. Alfredo Hoyos. Doctor Arrieta is certified by the Mexican Council of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, and is a member of the Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Arrieta has presented work at several medical conferences in Mexico, South America and the United States, such as the Ibero- Latin American Congress of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Punta del Este, Uruguay, and the Biennial Congress of the International Society of Craniofacial Surgery in Wyoming. As a researcher, he has published a number of papers in peer-reviewed publications like Cirugía Plástica Ibero-Latinoamericana, the European Journal of Cancer Care, and the official journal of the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders.

Dr. Guinto is an experienced physician, specialized in ophthalmic microsurgery. After

graduating cum laude from Anahuac University, Dr. Guinto obtained her Ophthalmology degree from the renown Conde de Valenciana Foundation and furthered her studies with several certifications and two high-specialty postgraduate programs: Microsurgery of the anterior segment of the eye, and Cornea and refractive surgery. She’s performed clinical rotations at the prestigious John Hopkins Hospital, and the Salud Family Health Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Guinto is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the Pan-American Association of Ophthalmology (PAAO) and the America Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), among other institutions. She has presented research work at medical conferences in Mexico, the United States of America, Spain and Denmark. Dr. Guinto has also written for multiple ophthalmic publications, such as the Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology and the Open Ophthalmology Journal.

Dr. Medellín is an ophthalmologist specialized in glaucoma. He obtained his medical degree, with academic excellence, from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). After finishing his ophthalmic residency at the Civil Hospital in Culiacán, he completed a high-specialty postgraduate program in Glaucoma at the General Hospital in Mexico City. Dr. Medellín has also completed curses in cataract, and cornea and refractive surgery. He’s performed clinical rotations at the Conde de Valenciana Foundation as well as the Glaucoma Center of Excellence at the prestigious John Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Medellín is a Member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), the Pan-American Association of Ophthalmology (PAAO) and The Association for Research in Vision and Ophtalmology (ARVO). As a researcher he’s presented lectures at multiple conferences, including the World Ophthalmology Congress, the ARVO Annual Meeting and the AAO Annual Meeting.

Dr. Castro is a highly trained, well-rounded ophthalmologist specialized in reconstructive and cosmetic oculoplastic surgery. He obtained his medical degree, magna cum laude, from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He continued his studies in several fields before completing his ophthalmology degree at the prestigious Conde de Valenciana Foundation. Dr. Castro completed a high-specialty postgraduate program on Oculoplastic Surgery of the Orbit, Eyelid and Lacrimal System. He also furthered his expertise with multiple courses and certifications, some of them from the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO). Dr. Castro is a titular member of the Mexican Society of Ophthalmology, as well as of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) and the Pan-American Association of Ophthalmology (PAAO), among others. He has brief teaching experience at UNAM’s Faculty of Medicine and has presented research work at several medical conferences including the Pan-American Congress of Ophthalmology in Colombia, and the Pan-American Research Day and the ARVO Annual Meeting in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Castro has also written for various specialized, peer reviewed publications, such as Archives of the Spanish Society of Ophthalmology and ARVO’s official journal: Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science.

Dr. Carlos Augusto Ceballos

Doctor Carlos Ceballos is an otorhinolaryngologist specialized in ear, nose, and throat

(ENT) surgery. He treats a range of conditions such as hearing and balance disorders, as

well as smell, taste, breathing and swallowing problems along with other disorders that

affect the senses. Doctor Ceballos obtained his medical degree from the Autonomous

University of Guadalajara (UAG) and started his ENT Surgery residency at the prestigious General Hospital of Mexico (HGM). He has worked as an emergency department physician at the Hospital Medical Center and performed clinical rotations as an ENT surgeon at the HGM. Doctor Ceballos is also pursuing further specialization in oncological ENT procedures.

Doctor Ponce de León is a highly trained surgeon specialized in endocrine surgery.

After graduating with academic excellence from the Mexican Faculty of Medicine at La

Salle University, Dr. Ponce de León completed his Surgery Residency at the renown Salvador Zubirán National Institute of Medical Science and Nutrition and furthered his studies with several certifications in Life Support and a high-specialty postgraduate

program in Endocrine Surgery. He spent a formative stay at UAB School of Medicine in

Birmingham, Alabama and another one at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas; he also completed a Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery Fellowship at Mohak Bariatrics and Robotic in Indore, India. Dr. Ponce de León has vast experience as a researcher and a teacher; he has worked on several research projects at the Salvador Zubirán National Institute of Medical Science and Nutrition and at Mohak Bariatrics and Robotic. He’s written a number of papers for peer-reviewed publications such as CHEST Journal and Medical Gazette of Mexico; he’s also contributed with chapters for surgical textbooks. Dr. Ponce de León has also presented lectures at international medical conferences in Mexico and India.

Doctor Juan Francisco Molina is a highly skilled physician specialized in colon and rectal surgery. After graduating cum laude from Ignacio A. Santos Medical School at the prestigious Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) in Monterrey, he completed, also cum laude, a specialty in General Surgery at ABC Medical Center in Mexico City, and a subspecialty in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Salvador Zubirán National Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition. He has further qualifications in minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgical systems. Currently, doctor Molina practices at Santa Fe ABC Medical Center, and he also has experience as a teacher and a researcher. He’s written chapters for a number of medical books and manuals, as well as contributed with papers for several peer-reviewed publications such as the World Journal of Surgery, the Journal of Proctology (JCOL) and Surgical Endoscopy. Doctor Molina has also presented lectures at international medical conferences both in Mexico and the United States, like the International Congress of Endoscopic Surgery and the American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress.

Doctor Axel Cayetano is a highly qualified physician specialized in urology. After graduating cum laude from UNAM’s Faculty of Medicine, he continued his medical training with a specialty in General Surgery and a subspecialty in Urology, both at the prestigious Salvador Zubirán National Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition. Doctor Cayetano also completed an Observer Fellowship in the Urology Department at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama; and another one in the Andrology Department at University College London Hospital in the United Kingdom. Doctor Cayetano is a member of the Mexican Society of Urology, the America Urology Association, and the International Society for Sexual Medicine, among others. As well as having ample teaching experience, doctor Cayetano is an award-winning researcher, he’s written a number of papers for peer-reviewed publications such as the Medical Gazette of Mexico, The Journal of Urology and the Canadian Urological Association Journal. He’s also presented lectures at international medical conferences, like the Congress of the Mexican Association of Oncological Urology and the American Urology Association’s Annual Meeting.

Doctor Alonso Cruz is a highly experienced gynecologist specialized in reproductive

issues and IVF treatment. After obtaining his medical degree from La Salle University,

he completed a specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a subspecialty in Human Reproductive Biology, both cum laude, at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Doctor Cruz furthered his studies with a Master’s degree in eHeatlh: Information Technology and Healthcare Management from Ramón Llull University in Barcelona, and is currently completing a PhD program in Health Sciences at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. As a specialist in reproductive medicine, doctor Cruz has worked at the Valencian Institute of Infertility in Madrid and Alicante, Spain, as well as at the Minifiv Reproduction Clinic in Madrid. Doctor Edgar Cruz is a founding member of the Mexican Association of Young Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AMEJOG), a member of the American College of

Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embriology (ESHRE) and the Spanish Society of Fertility (SEF). As a researcher, he’s published papers in peer-reviewed publications and presented lectures at international medical conferences such as the Congress on Cardiac Problems in Pregnancy, and the World Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility (COGI). Doctor Cruz also has ample academic experience as a visiting lecturer on specialized diploma programs.

Doctor Cristina Ramírez is a highly trained obstetrician specialized in reproductive

issues and IVF treatment. After obtaining her medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), she completed a specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Women’s Hospital in Mexico City, and a specialty in Human Reproductive Biology, Reproductive Endocrinology, and Andrology at the National Institute of Perinatology. Doctor Ramírez has a Master’s degree in Human Reproduction from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. She has also furthered her training with a number of courses on assisted reproductive technology, and she completed a clinical rotation at the Valencian Institute of Infertility in Alicante, and another one at the Minifiv Reproduction Clinic in Madrid. Doctor Ramírez is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the Spanish Society of Fertility (SEF). As a researcher, she has presented lectures at hospitals and university events.
