Drove from Zefat to Ramat Gan for an initial consultation. Delighted with our polite reception, and assisted by a very helpful carpark guy who found us a specially good spot and explained how to negotiate arrival at the 21st floor. Dr Meir is a peach. He speaks fluent English and was interested in us as people (not merely customers). He took half an hour to explain all the ins and outs of the procedure I want. Apparently it's not a full facelift I need, just a mini lift and neck lift to eliminate jowls. The price of 20,000 ₪ includes eight follow-up facial treatments. I was reassured that a local anaesthetic and sedative would involve no pain although I would experience slight discomfort later on for a while. This initial interview cost 350 ₪ and made me feel excited and positive about going ahead with the operation in a couple of months.
