Association of Plastic Surgery , he served as Deputy Director of the Department of Plastic Surgery, Kaplan Hospital during 2013, and was among the administrative staff of the plastic surgery association between 2011-2013. Dr. Shulman is a graduate of Tel Aviv University medical school. He performed plastic surgery internship at the Department of Plastic Surgery, Beilinson Hospital, Tel Hashomer Hospital and completed Kaplan Hospital. He now works as a senior physician in plastic surgery Kaplan Hospital, participates regularly in conferences Plastic Surgery in Israel and abroad, wrote and participated in scientific publications, lectures at conferences and holds lectures in the field of plastic surgery in various different frameworks. Over the years, business in the field of art including painting, drawing and sculpture, playing guitar and saxophone and planned approach to study architecture.
