I first met Dr. Madhukumar for a Gynecomastia correction surgery 3 years ago for a relative. The way it went for him, encouraged me to undergo the same correction surgery. I was super happy with the results. The entire approach towards the procedure, starting with the identification of the extent of the issue, the diagnosis was excellent. He is so humane in his approach as he understands the "fear, pain and embarrassment" the patient has undergone / undergoing. He also counsels the patient before the procedure. He explains the possible effects during the surgery, provides ample time for the doubts/clarifications and finally he answers all the questions patiently. Dr. Madhu, during the preparation to the surgery has extensively documented the dos and don'ts. Apart from these, the patient is counseled and assured about the possibilities. He ensures that he follows up with the patient and their attendants about the awareness of the after-effects and post-op care. This is extremely helpful to the patient and their families to expect the possible happenings during and after the surgery.
