Over time, a womans breasts can lose their youthful shape and firmness because of pregnancy, beast feeding, weight fluctuations, etc.

We can give the breast a beautiful look again through surgery and may be able to combine the procedure with fat transfer.

A breast reduction involves the removal of breast tissue, breast fat and skin as well as the repositioning of the nipple to an aesthetic position. What incisions are used, how long the surgery takes and what the recovery is depends on your breast shape and size. 

The procedure generally “lifts" and reduces the breasts at the same time.

From our experience, a breast reduction is one of the procedures that tends to give patients a very high satisfaction rate. Many of our patients with large breasts experience chronic pain, skin irritation and limitations of normal daily activities, such as exercise and work. All these problems can be overcome through this surgery.

We can use implants, but fat transfer is the preferred method nowadays.  Much less complications and better aesthetic results.

From our experience, the best way to enhance the chin is by fat transfer.  There are no problems or side effects.  Implants often end up in the wrong place or do nerve damage. 

Upper eyelid surgery is a very straight forward surgery done normally under local anesthesia and takes approximately 45 min.

Our specialty is to transfer autologous fat (your own fat) to the face and breast.  Using fat we can lift and rejuvenate the face without any major incision and leaving scars.  We call it 3D Space Lifting and can add lost volume to the face in a way that many patients do not need a conventional lower or mid-face surgical lift.  It is possible though to do some minor surgical lifting combined with lipo-filling.  The [Treatment name removed] in the fat also rejuvenate the skin!

Closed rhinoplasty has the advantage over open rhinoplasty of decreased operative time, less swelling and postoperative healing and avoidance of a scar along the columella. Many patients with closed rhinoplasty will have less swelling early on. In some patients with a minimal tip modification approach, patients will almost no nasal swelling by two weeks postoperatively. However, the goal of rhinoplasty is to shape the nose to the most desired shape. Most patients should care more about their ultimate result rather than swelling and quick recovery time.

Open rhinoplasty may be necessary in cases requiring increased structure or  variant nasal anatomy. Open rhinoplasty requires an incision along the columella (soft tissue between the nostrils). 

The procedure makes it possible to manipulate and alter nasal shape with more control, precision, and even in ways not possible with closed rhinoplasty. Patients who need large amounts of projection (nose sticking out from face) or deprojection (pushing nose closer to face) are often better served with an open rhinoplasty.

This procedure combines liposuction with skin removal and muscle tightening. Prospective tummy tuck patients are sometimes surprised to learn that removing the excess skin is only one step of the procedure.  The same factors contributing to lax skin also cause the muscles to separate. Lip augmentation is usually done with special lip fillers by the dermatologist.  There are different techniques in order to achieve various effects of the lips.

We can treat various size veins using various procedures i.e. lasers and sclerotherapy.  Smaller veins we treat with laser or needles on the skin.  Larger veins are usually destroyed with a laser from the inside, by inserting a glass fiber into the vein itself and then collapsing it with laser energy.
