Abdominoplasty 3500 € - 7000 €
  Excess Skin: This is with or without excess fat. A patient can have sagging skin after a massive weight loss or excessive skin with fat that gives the image of a fat person. The fat can be trimmed and the skin can be removed and streched down.   Abdominal Wall: The muscles of the abdomen connect the upper with the lower body. When they are firm they give a straight line, a flat surface. When muscles are seperated or relaxed after years or after pregnancies, they create a bubble effect at the abdomen area that gives the image of an overweight person. Theese musles can be sutured and their firmness is restored to give back a strong, flat abdomen   Strech Marks: Strech marks usually apear after weight losses of pregnancies and most offen at the lower part of the abdomen. During the abdominoplasty the skin lower than the obilicule is being removed and with it also the strech marks of that area.
Liposuction  
Liposuction is the surgical fat removal of local excess fat. It is the ideal and only treatment for local fat. It is indicated not to loose weight but to restore the lines of the body and remove the unsymmetricaly concentrated fat in certain areas. In this areas shown on the right the fat can have a lower metabolic rate and blood flow. That makes it easy to gain fat but very hard to loose it. With liposuction we remove a big amount of fat cells that never grow back. So the "storage cells" of fat become less in the treated areas. Not only the volume is restored but the fat does not continue to accumulate at the specific problematic areas. The results are permanent. If after that the patient gains weight, he takes it harmonicaly, keeping his silhouette. The common liposuction aereas are the love handles, the abdomen, the lower chin the inner thighs and the knees.
Breast Lift 3500 € - 6000 €
Breast lift is needed when the place of the nipple is low compared to the submammary fold. There are several Grades and Types of breast ptosis. So a patient can have ptosis when the nipple is at the level of submammary fold or lower and when the  nipple is facing downwards. A woman can have also a condition called pseudoptosis, where the nipple is at the right height but the mammary gland (volume of the breast) is all concentrated on the lower part of the breast, hanging lower than the fold.   Technique: According to the Grade and Type of ptosis, one technique is indicated. We have the Donut mastopexy thechnique, where the scar is placed only around the areola. This is minimum scar technique and is indicated for small ptosis. The Lollipop technique has a scar arround the areola and plus one vertical towards the submammary fold, indicated for medium grade ptosis. The Inverted T technique has a round scar a vertical to the submammary fold and an horizontal one. All scars are placed to be hidden inside the bra.
