I have lost a lot of weight due to gastric surgery and I have had loose skin. So I needed a tummy tuck and a butt lift, which went perfectly with doctor Ahmed Abdelaziz with a clean scar that doesn't annoy me and surprisingly, I got my thighs lifted with it as it worked on my lower part as well and I am waiting to complete the second surgery for my sagging arms and breasts. Actually, he's the best as my sister had a lot of surgeries with him, and the results are always amazing. Just follow the instructions and he's the best of all.

I travelled over from the UK and chose Dr Ashraf because of his amazing reviews on what clinic. Initially, I looked at having surgery in Lithuania but because I have a love for Egypt and have travelled alone on numerous occasions and felt safe I knew this was the best option. Plus it meant I got to recuperate in the warm sun, bonus all around!!! Before my travel, I had initially spoken with Ghada manager of Breast and body on many occasions via WhatsApp. Ghada set up a consultation with Dr Ashraf over Zoom. I arrived in Cairo and went to Dr Ashraf's clinic for pre-op blood work ECG and echocardiogram. Which I could have had in the UK but I knew I would find it very difficult to get this done with our health service. So it was easier to get it done at the clinic and I am so glad I chose to do this. The clinic itself is immaculate clean hygienic and very well organised. My first impression exceeded my expectations. I was greeted first by the wonderful Barbara, who gave me the nicest of welcomes as did the lovely Ghada. They truly welcome you with open arms. I instantly felt at ease and felt I had known them for years. Barbara accompanied me for my blood work and the echocardiogram and ECG, then took me to meet the amazing Dr Ashraf. He is a phenomenal person not only is Dr Ashraf a surgeon of the highest degree, but he is a warm, empathetic gentleman, whose work ethic is second to none. He is a complete perfectionist and an artist who cares 100 per cent about his patients and ensures the best results. Initially, I wasn't sure if breast augmentation was for me, but he listened to me and he went through the entire procedure and we both agreed and small implants.. At this point,t I knew I had made the right choice and I knew I was in safe hands. I had now gone from being nervous to being extremely excited. Needless to say, I am more than happy and honestly feel blessed that I found Dr Ashraf and his incredible team. I would never consider going anywhere else for surgery. I had my surgery at Shifa Hospital a few days later. Which is an outstanding hospital. Special thank you to Barbara for escorting me to the hospital and staying with me till I went down to the theatre. Dr Ashraf came to see me before the theatre and marked me up and again went over the whole procedure. Which made me even more excited! I requested Fatma Dr Ashraf's nurse to stay 24 hours with me in the hospital. I was so happy I did this as she was a total godsend and it was so nice to wake up to a friendly face. She is just the sweetest girl ( I wanted to take her home ) so another special thanks goes out to her. As Fatma looked after me every clinic day changing my dressings and helped getting me into my compression garment! I honestly thought I would never get on!!! The surgery itself was surprisingly easy to go through. I didn't experience any pain other than a sore back as I had to be hunched over. I was taken care of in a phenomenal way not only by Dr Ashraf but by all his amazing staff. I am now 14 days post-op. The scars look amazing already I was shocked when I saw them on day 4 as they looked so neat and were already healing so good. They look even better and my body is changing every day. I am in love with my new body which I know will only improve over time. It has given me a new lease of life and confidence I never thought I would have. I can't wait for next summer and wear a bikini and be comfortable and confident for the first time in years. The aftercare is second to none. The beautiful Dr Inji messages every few days via WhatsApp for updates and photos. I would not have received this level of care in the UK or Lithuania. So this review is for any of you debating what to do, where to go and feeling nervous. It's a big leap I know. But this is one leap if faith I am so glad I took as I landed in the safest and most caring hands who I now class as very dear friends, who hold a special place in my heart and I will be eternally grateful.
