I travelled from Sweden to have breast implant exhange and uplift surgery with Dr Ashraf on the recommendation of my sister who has had breast augmentation with him before. During my consulation, I found Dr Ashraf to be extremely calm, pleasant and professional. The aftercare from nurses at the hospital was also really great, all the nurses were so kind and lovely, which was extremely important for me. Now I am one month post op and my breasts look so natural and amazing. My recovery has also been extremely smooth and I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Dr Ashraf and will go back to him for sure in the future.

The planning for the surgery went smoothly and quickly. I managed to secure a last-minute appointment and promptly booked a budget-friendly Airbnb apartment nearby. Upon arriving in Cairo, I stayed in constant communication with Dr. Harfoush and his team. The surgery took place at a hospital. While the hospital wasn't particularly exceptional, it maintained an acceptable level of cleanliness, and the room I stayed in was adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The surgery was conducted in the afternoon, and I was discharged in the evening. The follow-up appointment was scheduled for three days later, consisting of wound care and further consultation. After returning home, communication became somewhat more challenging, primarily limited to text messages and pictures on WhatsApp. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harfoush!
