The planning for the surgery went smoothly and quickly. I managed to secure a last-minute appointment and promptly booked a budget-friendly Airbnb apartment nearby. Upon arriving in Cairo, I stayed in constant communication with Dr. Harfoush and his team. The surgery took place at a hospital. While the hospital wasn't particularly exceptional, it maintained an acceptable level of cleanliness, and the room I stayed in was adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The surgery was conducted in the afternoon, and I was discharged in the evening. The follow-up appointment was scheduled for three days later, consisting of wound care and further consultation. After returning home, communication became somewhat more challenging, primarily limited to text messages and pictures on WhatsApp. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harfoush!

He is more than a perfect doctor, yet he is a truly amazing leader in the aesthetic field! I wasn’t an easy patient at all. I went to more than 2 doctors even after my first consultation with him, I was always looking for the best here and there, reading articles, documented and trusted references. It was like studying what I was about to go to. With his magical hands and creative mind, he made the perfection came true! My breast wasn’t an easy case although I had sagging breast and apart sided breasts with no cleavage. Since I met him, I asked him that I want a teardrop shape as I see it is more natural than the round shape. He advised me with that won’t be good for my case as it would save the nipples much more. However, I insisted on my mind he didn’t refuse my wish but then I changed my mind due to the rotation of the anatomical shape. He is a perfect communicator with his patients and cares so much about them. I could find him always reply to me on WhatsApp or wherever. He calmed me down and understood my worries. I met him 3 times before the surgery. He called me before the surgery to assure about me by one day of the surgery. He took the sizes of my breasts really perfectly until he made them symmetric in the final result. My right breast needed so much work on. After undergoing the surgery I surprised with an absolute teardrop shape although he used the round shape because the incision was placed under the arms which is one of the most difficult and complicated methods for the breast augmentation. No scars, no fake shape but supernatural and lovely as even more than I wished. If I would go back by the time, I would choose him to be my doctor million times. He deserves this because of his honesty, his great experience and creativity! As a result, you invest your money, your time and your energy with the worthy and a treasure professor Dr Muhammad Yehia Khalil. He is the reason to make me feel 100% having a real natural feminine shape! Thank you, professor, for everything. You will always come in my first aesthetic list from now on without hesitation! After researching extensively, I had 3 initial consultations with the highest-rated breast surgeons in Cheshire. The first surgeon was very kind and attentive. He listened to what I wanted, I tried on various sizes of implants (however he gave me the wrong shaped implants to try on) and I chose a size that the surgeon just went along with (420cc - what he considered my maximum implant - in hindsight this would have been far too big for me because I wanted a small 'look'). The second surgeon I met with was highly established in an affluent area. He seemed very blasé about my needs, I left feeling like I'd had a very disappointing, impersonal, disinterested consultation that I'd paid for. Mr El-Gawad was extremely attentive to my needs, he listened 100% to all of my queries, wants, needs and worries, he welcomed discussion about any images I had seen that I'd liked for myself, he educated me on all of the technicalities of implants and he was very clear about which implant/sizes/profiles would and would not fit well on my body frame. His professional care and consideration were EXCELLENT. After my consultation, Mr El-Gawad rang me (from abroad!) to ask me what I had decided & if I had any further questions. His secretary was very professional, organised and accommodating too. I am truly grateful that Mr El-Gawad was my surgeon. I'm actually so impressed by the results and the bedside manners of Dr Wilson that make you at ease. I have had Gynecomastia and the results were amazing. The aftercare was amazing even after going back to London. I received a call to make sure everything was fine with me and Dr Wilson gave me the address of a colleague in Harley street for free follow up, should I need any further care. I have been thinking about this operation for a long time and I have seen many doctors in London but I’ve never felt so confident as I felt with Dr Wilson.
