I saw Dr Ali a few years ago for liposuction on 2 occasions and was extremely impressed with my results and care. He and his team are fantastic and caring. I reached out again yesterday after years later as I had a very horrible experience with a plastic surgeon 2 weeks ago, who did a horrible job and treated me so poorly, and refused to explain and reassure me after surgery, which left me feeling stuck with nowhere to go. Dr Ali fit me in the next day. After our phone call this morning, I feel much calmer. He listened to my concerns and let me know my feelings were valid. He is willing to review in a few months' time if I'm still unhappy to see what he can do, which completely put my mind at ease.
