This review is from the point of view of someone who drives the patient, my sister, and waits for her in the waiting room. The staff at reception are very warm, and welcoming and make me feel comfortable. My sister's chiropractor, Sarah, is obviously very good as the difference in my sister's mobility and level of pain is very apparent and is a great relief to see.
BBPSIC has looked after me many times and I cannot fault them! I get a regular sports massage from Amy and she is amazing. They are always accommodating me and providing me with advice. Super friendly!
Wanted to update my review...! Just to say that 15 years on! I am still attending Joanna Cram! For treatment when I need it. She is the most fantastic! Person! So knowledgeable...friendly and down to earth! Always a great start for any new patient...as she puts u at ease immediately....she has resolved all my back aches...bursitis of knee pain...sciatica...shock wave treatment a few years ago got rid of frozen shoulder!
