Your physiotherapist will complete a detailed and thorough assessment of your problem including range of movement, muscle power, neurological testing, muscle spasm and pain along with any possible underlying causes and will give you a working diagnosis for your problem. After your initial assessment your physiotherapist will then construct and discuss an individualised treatment plan for you. He/She will then offer you a variety of treatment techniques to help restore normal function to the relevant area and help alleviate your symptoms.
