I crawled in here……and danced out! What a place! Throw away the painkillers and get yourself an appointment at this Chiropractor. I haven’t taken a painkiller since coming here. Mette sure knows her stuff and her professionalism and knowledge instilled great confidence in me. I can now bend down and pick things up without wincing in pain. Her staff are so friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. For me it has been truly life-changing. My wife recommended it as she had been here before with excellent results.

She was very thorough when questioning and getting to the bottom of the problem, the treatment was first class and after every session, I came out feeling much better. The worksheets were very helpful, easy to follow and made a huge difference to the recovery time. The management was very helpful and professional, they worked hard at making the experience enjoyable and successful. I have been involved with sport for 45 years and have experienced many physiotherapists and clinics, the full package was one of the best, I would definitely use this clinic again.

Went to Buckingham clinic in September of last year in complete despair. Could hardly walk and had severe nerve damage on the thigh. Had intense chiropractor and physio work done starting weekly and then decreasing as things got better. Been to a few of these places over the years and this is by far the best.

The neck frequently causes pain. The neck supports the head, which weighs about 10 lbs. The head turns, nods back & forth and bends side to side. The muscles in the neck perform all these fine movements, and also holds the head in all sorts positions.When a vertebra in the neck is moved slightly out of position, small ligaments are over stretched and the muscles in the area then spasm to protect the neck.This is where osteopathic manipulation can put the vertebra into the correct position, and stop this painful muscle spasm.

There are more modern systems such as Trackpads that are good.Companies such as Osmond Ergonomics can provide excellent products.If you use a computer for your job, it is well worth learning to touch type. This is so you do not have to watch your where your fingers are on the keyboard and your head is not constantly flexed forwards.People who drive long distances should think if their car seat and driving position gives them back or neck pain.
