I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!

I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down. I have had severe hip pain, with restricted movement in my neck since lockdown. I had extensive consultation and to follow a treatment which included acupuncture. The whole process was excellent. I felt extremely relaxed and safe with how my treatment and feedback was undertaken. I have already booked three more sessions and even now 24 hours, after my first visit, I’m feeling so much better and a lot more flexible in the areas mentioned above. Highly recommend this clinic and the practitioner. Very good value for money and the visit was undertaken in a private room and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Within 30 minutes of logging onto ‘what clinic’ with my enquiry the practitioner rang me and I had booked an appointment for the following day. I am very impressed with ‘what clinic.com’ and also my treatment at this clinic. I have a series of recommended exercises to undertake until my next appointment next week.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Rotator cuff shoulder injury I have been suffering from a rotator cuff injury for 18 months. Despite receiving a steroid injection, and attending physiotherapy I was still in constant pain, limited mobility and unable to lift my arm above my head. Austin was recommended to me by a friend- this was a real turning point in my condition. After the first few sessions, the pain in my arm had completely gone. The movement and mobility in my arm improved significantly- my arm is back to what it used to be, amazing!! Austin provided a quality service all the way, a really good balance between providing extremely knowledgeable and very skilled service, coupled with empathy, excellent advice and aftercare. At a challenging time with the pandemic, Austin without a doubt was always encouraging and supportive. Thank you, Austin. I had Dr Mike Paull recommended to me as the pain in my back was unbearable and having had no sleep for three weeks and lots of gp apts and medication,of which nothing was helping. Iv only had two treatments from Dr Mike so far and I'm no longer taking tablets and pain has already starting to go. I can't thank Dr Mike enough as he is not only a brilliant chiropractor but a lovely man as well. I'm continuing treatment until I'm fully fit. I can't thank you enough and your lovely colleagues who are kind professional and greet me with a smile on each visit. Lovely comfortable atmosphere, totally put at ease. I cannot recommend Dr Mike Paull and his team enough. I'm starting to get my life back and I was in total agony.

Having had severe shoulder pain. Doctor prescribed medication and rest..but the pain didn’t get any better. After 7 days decided to try a Chiropractor. Booked in with Emma. First consultation they take a medical history, and first treatment. Second treatment a week later, and I noticed some improvement. She did adjustments to my spine, hips and massage to my shoulder and laser therapy. Will continue, as I feel safe in her hands.
