Massage and rehab for the injured hip. I have regular treatment with Raf and always leave feeling so much better than I went in! Today was different as I was very down and teary, as the pain in my joint had increased. Raf was kind and considerate, changing the treatment to meet my needs of feeling tender. It was a fabulous treatment and I felt so much better afterwards, not only physically, but emotionally too. He read the room and adapted my usual treatment to suit how I felt. That's a great skill and I'm trully thankful to Raf.

My first visit today and instantly at ease with Richard. Very nice therapy rooms and made to feel very comfortable. I had been recommended to go by a friend and I must admit a little sceptical but I have to say I was absolutely amazed with the results. The lower back pain was gone! So easy and non invasive. Richard explained what he was checking and why as we went through the treatment. I am very impressed and would really recommend.
