My sessions with Alison at One Acupuncture have been excellent. She goes into your health history at length to understand your issues, and then the sessions in lovely relaxing surroundings have very positive effects. I would definitely recommend.

After suffering from severe back pain following an accident 22 years ago I had gone through NHS physiotherapy and hydrotherapy multiple times with no improvement. My wife booked me a consultation with Michael. I was sceptical but he was very professional, knowledgeable and outlined treatment clearly. Almost immediately pain levels reduced along with the swelling and muscle tightness on my spine. Several sessions later and for under £250 in total, my life has been turned around. I no longer live on paracetamol and various other pain relief medications. I am able to move freely. Often now overdoing it, aching for a short period but self-healing. I never thought this would be possible again and am gutted I never went down this road before. I can’t thank Michael enough for his skill and excellent knowledge of how to treat me. He truly has changed my life for the better. I can and do recommend him and his service wholeheartedly. 5stars for his service, knowledge, professionalism (and price), a wonderful practitioner in the art of acupuncture.
