I always have the best experience when attending Dr Bong’s clinic. I was apprehensive about attending my first appointment, although I had researched and understood his qualifications I was nervous. He took time to understand what I thought I needed to improve and sublimely changed my mindset, he does know best, and I actually didn’t need everything I thought I did. Dr Bong set my assurance by expanding on his background and years of experience both in the treatments he provides along with an insight into the training he delivers around the world. Dr Bong discusses what is best and most suitable to keep me looking fresh. He is professional and respectful and I feel completely safe in his care. I’ve had lots of compliments about how great I and my skin look - 10 years younger effect. Absolutely 100% recommend. His support team are also really lovely and super helpful with appointments when you have a busy diary like me. 😊

He's very professional and feels you at ease he listen every detailed you said and you can tell him anything u want to achieve or treatment your face. I had my face fillers and melasma treatment all went really best results and looks natural. You feel comfortable and confident once you have done your treatment. I was impressed by how quickly Dr Hala replied to my email inquiry, so I booked with her for skin lightening. She told me I’d need about three sessions before I start seeing results, and I haven’t seen a difference yet as I’ve only been for one. I’m unable to rate the quality of the treatment at this stage, but as far as the service and staff are concerned, everything was brilliant. The price was more or less the same as the one listed online, but I paid more because I opted to buy the skincare products as well. These products haven’t really made a difference, but I plan on going back to the clinic to for additional sessions. The clinic itself was good. They’re quite near to me and people can access it easily. The location is quite nice, and the lovely staff are always available if you need anything. What impressed me the most, were the trading hours. They’re open from 9 to 6 every day, so patients can go after work and there’s no need to schedule appointments for the weekend. I think this is so professional and accommodating. Dr Hala speaks both English and Arabic. I’m an Arabic speaker, and communicating in my home language made the whole process so much better. I’d definitely recommend Dr Hala.

I had a cyst removed from my head, I chose clinical medica because I couldn't get this surgery on the NHS. I felt they offered very good value for money and this will now be my number 1 port of call if I develop any more cysts. From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

I met Michelle about 4 years ago and she is the most easy going person anyone could meet. I went to see her about fillers in conversation she asked if I was open to advise which I was. She advised and recommended myself for a treatment half the price of the one I went for. I have been getting treatment for wrinkles and a wee bit of filler on the side of my mouth. In fact, I was there yesterday for that and an extra bit under the chin. I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere from the moment you go in it’s relaxing, the staff is great I can’t say 1 negative issue, but I must say Michelle is my number 1. If you are thinking about treatment PLEASE don’t go elsewhere. Age Refine couldn’t be beaten yeah I’ve seen friends that have went to cheaper places and end up awful and sore I’m happy as always with my treatment MICHELLE you are a star. Brilliant.
