I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. My problem is a huge birthmark on my face. Another doctor told me that I would not get rid of it completely. After several treatments with the laser I did not see any difference. I was suggested therapy with Intense Pulsed Light. He did a test on my birthmark which I passed positively and I was able to make an appointment for a full procedure. Already after the first treatment, there was a huge difference. My birthmark was brighter. The treatments are not very painful. Like shooting a rubber band. After three treatments I made a comparison with the photo before the first treatment and after the third one was healed. I cried with happiness with results. Today was my fourth treatment and I can't wait for the next one. I am very grateful for the amazing atmosphere that reduces stress. I had an infected cyst on back of my neck - sadly not making much progress through NHS, decided to look for a private consultation and found that Dr Charan offered this service. From the initial call, I felt comfortable that Dr Charan was very experienced in this area - and I was super impressed that he was able to see me that same day, and in the evening, clearly went out of his way to ensure I was seen as quickly as possible. When Dr Charan saw me, he told me the cyst needed removing, due to the infection would be a slightly longer process - in fact, the cyst was much deeper than first thought and Dr Charan spent a long time ensuring the cyst that had burst under the skin was completely removed, not rushing and talking me through what was happening. Cannot fault the level of care and attention on the day and the after care I have received. Very highly recommended and thank you again for all your help!

Super friendly staff who made me feel welcome straight away. I had laser hair removal and anti-wrinkle injections. The treatment was detailed in person and they made me feel very comfortable asking lots of questions, as I was nervous before. They played very relaxing music and asked me how I felt throughout the laser treatment. Marea gave me my anti-wrinkle injections. She clearly is an expert in her field. Gave me a very natural look and it didn’t hurt at all! I loved that noone noticed it. This is now my go-to clinic.
