Very professional clinic and extremely welcoming, Sarah made me feel at ease soon as I walked through the door and answered all my questions when I asked about different treatments, very knowledgeable and such a delight to chat with. Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does. Jodie made me feel very calm and talked me through everything she was doing. Always feel like a million dollars when I leave. Would highly recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment. I had a fantastically positive experience with Triggs and James Aesthetics on 30/01/25. Having never had any kind of beauty or aesthetics treatment before, I was a little nervous—but I shouldn’t have been. CJ was absolutely wonderful; he was so kind and patient, explaining the procedure to me every step of the way. He put me at ease straight away. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, with some funky tunes in the background. All the staff at Triggs and James go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them and go there again.
